We provide an option of monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly irrigation inspections. This service provides the peace of mind knowing that you sprinkler system will be maintained at its peak potential at all times. The initial inspection involves reviewing the controller for proper operation and program scheduling. Then each zone is turned on and each head is individually inspected to verify it is operating and covering the area properly. The controller run times are set for the season. The rain sensor is tested and backflow device are tested annually. The system will be programmed to use only the water the landscape needs. Pumps will be tested for performance annually.

These accounts receive priority service. There are no contracts and the service may be canceled at any time. Based on the size of the system a budget is set and will not be surpassed without proper authorization from the owner or manager.

Grass cutting is also available.  We will mow, edge, and blow off the property weekly, bi-weekly or as seasonal conditions allow and/or per a preset schedule.  Grass cutting services are also available upon request should you only need them from time to time.
